  • Charge for a third (and fourth where permitted) person in a room:
    • US$0 for a child 0-1 years including a crib
    • US$30 for a child 2-12 years in a room or suite
    • US$50 for a teen 13 – 17 years in a room or suite
    • US$60 for an adult in a room and US$100 for an adult in a suite
  • Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
  • 27.0% Government tax and service charge will be added to the bill.
  • Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per person per night applies and is not reflected in price quoted.
  • We require a deposit equal to 50% of your stay to confirm your booking.
  • Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received 30 days prior to your stay in the winter and 14 days prior in the summer except as noted below.
  • During peak periods (RORC, Classic Week, Race Week, Antigua Yacht Charter Show, Christmas and New Year) a deposit equal to the full stay is required and 60 days notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposit.
